1. If your team is unable to assist with the IRCTC Agent application, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days.

2. If there is an issue with any document provided by the applicant, a RS 399+ GST  Payment Gateway charge will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
